What Is This Waikiki Sunset Cruise Like?

The sunset cruise is a two-hour journey that leaves daily at 5:30 pm. The group size is small – maximum six people – which means no jostling for space, no lines for photos, and plenty of room to relax with a drink in hand. On Fridays, the cruise lines up with Waikīkī's weekly fireworks, giving you a view you just can't get from the beach. As the Kona Star glides along the coast, you'll see Honolulu's skyline, Diamond Head looming in the distance, and maybe a dolphin or two leaping nearby. The whole evening is relaxed and easygoing. No rush, no crowds – just you, the water, and the sunset.
