We have a very strict 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your tour with us you must do so 24 hours before your tour time. After this timeframe, we will not be able to provide a refund or allow you to reschedule your time. No exceptions.

Note: If we contact you in regards to your booking needing to be canceled due to weather concerns such as strong wind, high waves or heavy rains, you will be issued a full refund or the ability to reschedule.

There is a parking lot at the harbor next to our boat. Parking is $1 per hour. During peak times such as weekends and holidays it can be difficult to find parking. Please allow additional time to find parking or consider taking a taxi / ride share service.

We always recommend our morning tours to have beautiful visibility and a calmer experience with the waves, and skipping the crowd.

Check-in time is fifteen (15) minutes prior to your scheduled boat departure time. Please arrive early to ensure that you do not miss the boat. Out of respect for our guests we attempt to leave on time. Refunds unfortunately cannot be processed for guests who are late and miss the boat.

Yes. We provide clean, high quality masks, snorkels, and fins, for both adults and children. We also have life jackets and other floatation options available to use if you are not a strong swimmer. All of our masks and snorkels are cleaned and disinfected after each use. We use these gears ourselves, too, so you can trust it will be clean!

There is very strict NOAA rules and regulations that state every individual must remain at least 10 feet from them at all times. This is to respect and not disrupt the animals in their natural habitat also for your own safety.

We do require basic swimming ability for anyone wishing to enter the water on this trip. If you do not know how to swim you will need to stay on the boat, but can enjoy seeing turtles that come to the surface to breathe!

The wildlife we encounter are just that, wild animals, so there’s no guarantees. They don’t operate on a schedule, and they move around as they like. The presence and abundance of any particular species is never guaranteed, but we are pretty good at finding them— so if they’re in the area, we’ll do our best to see them.

No. We do see Hawaiian spinner dolphins often, but they are best observed respectfully from the boat. They are protected by federal law from harassment by humans which includes attempting to swim with them.

Yes. We have large coolers with ice on board and a fridge that you can keep stuff cold. Alcoholic beverages are allowed.
